1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons cream of tarter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons of cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350
Mix butter and 1 1/2 cups of sugar till creamy, add the eggs. Don’t over mix.
Mix in the flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, add your cinnamon and sugar. With a small ice cream scooper. Scoop a ball and place one at a time into the small bowl of the cinnamon mixture and swirl around. Once the cookie dough is covered in the cinnamon and sugar place on baking sheet.
Bake for 11 minutes. Don’t over bake. They will come out super soft and won’t last long! Yummmmm
